My Poem for literature

so English is my foreign language.

Summer of 08'
I hope...
i hope you're thinking of me
because all the stars above me sing your name,
the summer i met you was the best i've ever had
i never wanted to see it end.

I was a coward...
i hid behind all of those delicate lies.

I was afraid...
afraid to admit that i'll always carry you in my heart,
that you'll always be my shooting star.
you were brighter than the pale white moon reflected in your eyes
so i guess it's not surprise
you melted those words from my lips,
i was to shocked to kiss you.

I miss you...
i miss all those summer evening we spent on the beach
all those nights we danced by the moonlight,
looking at the stars all through the night.
your warm smile and the way we used to laugh,
we were young and innocent about love,
please don't ever change.
i broke your heart and know you love someone else.

I am starting over...
we were miles apart
and destiny found us on the same place again
but we can't relive the past
nothing will ever be the same again
and i just realized the world is starting over with me.
